2025 Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP

Bid Day is Wednesday, April 16, 2025 - All Bids are due to UI at 10 AM EPT

April 16, 2025 is the next Standard Service and Last Resort Service RFP for up to 20% of 2nd Half of 2025 Load and up to 40% of 1st Half of 2026 Load for Standard Service and 3rd Quarter 2025 LRS load.

Mapping of GST and LPT Load for April 16, 2025 Bid Day

For the one-year period that ended December 31, 2024 the following mapping represents actual mapping of GST and LPT load: For GST, 68.9% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 68.0% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 27.8% was mapped to Standard Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 27.8% for demand (kW).  For GST, 31.1% was mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy (kWh) and 32.0% for demand (kW).  For LPT, 72.2% was mapped to Last Resort Service eligibility for energy and 72.2% for demand (kW).
