About this project:
United Illuminating has an ongoing program to upgrade aging infrastructure to provide a modern electric grid that is resilient and delivers the safe, reliable service that customers expect.
As part of this effort, UI will begin work in the Whalley Avenue area of New Haven. In addition to adding new conduit, this project will replace the underground electrical cables.
